Unlock APEX Admin account

It happens that you forget your master ADMIN password for the apex_admin page. Here are the two widely user methods to change it and unlock the Admin account:

1. Use @apxchpwd.sql script in your APEX directory. To run it, navigate to the directory through bash or Command prompt. Connect to your database as SYS and run the file. You will be asked for a new password. Set it and you are done.
   
2. If the above method does not work for any reason, you can manually unlock the account and change the password.
